Understanding the Brigade Telematics interface will help you navigate the system efficiently and access all features quickly.
Main Interface Elements
The Brigade Telematics monitoring system consists of five main structural elements:
- Top Panel - Main navigation and user menu
- Work Area - Main content and tabs
- Bottom Panel - Additional controls
- Map - Real-time vehicle tracking
- Log - System activity and events
1. Top Panel
The top panel is your main navigation hub, located at the top of the screen.
Main Menu
The main menu contains tabs for different system modules:
- Monitoring - Real-time vehicle tracking
- Dashboard - Overview of fleet statistics
- Reports - Generate and view reports
- Messages - Notifications and alerts
- Tracks - Historical route playback
- Other modules (depending on your configuration)
User Menu
Click on your username in the top right to access:
- User Settings - Customize your preferences
- Security - Password and authentication
- Account - View account information
- Log Out - Exit the system
Customizing the Main Menu
You can customize which tabs appear in your main menu:
- Click the menu icon (☰) in the top panel
- Select which modules you want to display
- Your selected tabs will appear in the main menu
- This customization is saved to your user profile
2. Work Area
The work area is the central part of the interface where main content is displayed.
Features:
- Tabs - Switch between different modules
- Content panels - Display unit lists, settings, and data
- Search functionality - Find units and information quickly
- Filters - Narrow down displayed information

4. Map
